Burger Robs Restaurant

Checking Out Burger Robs Restaurant HQ

Have you ever had a smash burger? It’s the burger of all burgers, that will turn an anti-burger person into a Smashing enthusiast.

Burger Rob’s was founded by husband and wife duo Rob & Shelby Buffaloe. After 25 years of hotel sales, they lost their jobs due to COVID. Pivoting and pursuing their lifelong dream they put all of their saving into opening Burger Robs. Originally they started with an open-air trailer, unfortunately, due to local code issues they had to shut down.

With the help of their fans, they were able to save and invest in a food trail that became what is today the burger robs food truck. Over the period of about a year, they have continued to crush it with the truck. Recently an opportunity presented itself and Rob, Shelby, and the team was able to invest in a brick-and-mortar location.

With a grand opening date of 3/15/22, we had the chance to check out a preview of this awesome new restaurant. Excited, grateful, and thankful for the invite here are the details of what we ate and what the place looks like. To warn you the only downfall is pulling into the location for parking.

Traditionally the burger robs food truck only had burgers with the restaurant they had added slushies, beer, fries, and gourmet hot dogs. So for friends and family preview you know I had to try the dog and fries. I also went with the slushie, they had strawberry and lemonade so I chose both of course.

The hotdog was one of the best that I have ever had, being a soft run Rob did come out and say he wasn’t happy with the quality. I thought everything was fantastic, but I get it when you are passionate about your art, perfection is minimum required in the artist’s eyes. The Smashburger was great as always as well.
