RISING TIDE tap& table Presents A FOOD & BEER PAIRING FEATURING PERSIMMON HOLLOW BREWING CO. Here we are again at one of our favorite places to have a pint in the port, and great eats as well.  After the last pairing at Rising Tide featuring Pareidolia, and indulging amazing dishes prepared by executive chef Jeff Katz we had to reserve spots for the next one.  (See our post about this one here) This pairing featured Persimmon Hollow Brewing Company the dream of two home brewers and best friends, Robbie Carelli and Andy Sistrunk. The orlando food guys join us on a tour of Cocoa village. We had the pleasure of taking The Orlando Food Guys on the Village Food Tour experience. These guys run a really awesome blog covering more than just the Orlando area. On the tour, we were able to check out Village Palma where mixologist extraordinaire. Ben made several craft cocktails to blend perfectly with each guests palate. Ben is a true master of his craft using all fresh ingredients and only the best of spirits. The Chef then brought our guest’s fried ravioli and fresh crispy calamari. After Villa Palma we headed over to Ossorios for the Sarras salad, the Orlando Food Guys whipped up a combo of house-made ice cream and a vanilla porter. Definitely will be a tasty treat for us down the way. We then headed to Thai Thai for some yum nua(a thai beef salad)…
