Happy 4th of July!

We will be adding items to the menu weekly until our grand opening (end of August-ish). Look forward to new items and more experienced staff weekly. Thank you for your patience and patronage in the meantime.

We are thrilled to announce that Oyster Shooters Raw Bar & Grill is opening in Historic Cocoa Village. Located in the building that previously housed El Charro’s, it is conveniently close to River Road Coffee and Popsicles.

Here is what they had to say about their opening in a recent Facebook post:

**Good News!!!**

We are officially licensed, as of ten minutes ago, and scheduled to open this coming Thursday on the 4th of July. That being said, we will be open for the bar, raw oysters, and lobster rolls only for the 4th of July weekend. Attempting to train and execute a full menu on a holiday weekend would be a little crazy. But we do plan to have the full menu executed the following week with normal “soft opening” business hours.

**Our hours moving forward will be:**

– Closed on Monday and Tuesday

– 3 PM – 10 PM Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday

– 11 AM – 10 PM Saturday and Sunday

(This weekend will be the exception for Saturday and Sunday, and we will be open 3 PM – 10 PM, but 11 AM the following weekend)

We welcome everyone to come hang out, see the renovations, grab a cold drink, and enjoy some raw oysters. We look forward to our full “soft opening” the following week on July 10th. The grand opening will follow towards the end of the summer with expanded hours, lunch offerings, and banquet availability.

Thank you for your patience and continued support throughout this process. We cannot wait to see some familiar faces and make some new friends.

**Located at 916 Florida Ave., Cocoa, FL 32922**

You can guarantee we will check them out as soon as possible and will be posting a video review, as well as pictures of our first visit. Stay tuned!
