Where to Eat In Cocoa Beach
Cocoa Beach has some amazing restaurants. Some are really well known and others are a little off the beaten path. I hope to include a little bit of something for everyone and will do my best to keep it updated daily.
This isn’t in any particular order and only includes restaurants I have eaten at recently. At the bottom of this post I will include a list of ones that I’ve been wanting to try.
Flavors of India Cocoa Beach
5675 N Atlantic Ave #117
Cocoa Beach, FL 32931
Lunch And Dinner
This is the ONLY restaurant to go to for Indian Food In Cocoa Beach. They have so many tasty dishes. What separates them from the rest is they make all of their seasonings and curry powders on house.
What to order: The Lunch Thali Platter. This is an individually served buffet. They offer a vegetarian version, but not vegan.
Notes: Flavors of India is a great option for vegetarians, and they can accommodate vegan options as well.
The Tiny Turtle
249 Minutemen Causeway
Cocoa Beach, FL 32931
Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner
One of my favorite restaurants in the area. This Caribbean Puerto Rican fusion serves unique dishes packed full of flavor. The owners are awesome people and help out with the community a lot.
What to order:
PB&J BBQ PORK SLIDERS
SOFRITO BOWL
STUFFED FRENCH TOAST.
Notes: vegetarian and gluten-free options
Pompano Grill
110 N Brevard Ave, Cocoa Beach, FL 32931
Dinner
This chic restaurant is some of my favorite fine dining in Brevard County. Housemade pasta with fresh quality sourced ingredients and tantalizing daily specials makes this an exquisite date night.
What to order: The Featured Fish Dish and Any of the pasta dishes
Notes: They are able to accommodate a number of dietary restrictions
Coconuts On The Beach
2 Minutemen Causeway, Cocoa Beach, FL 32931
Lunch And Dinner
One of the few Ocean/Beachfront restaurants on all 72 miles of the space coast. I have not been since they renovated this place. I honestly come here primarily for the view, people watching, and a drink.
What To Order: Pain in the a$ drink
Notes: We come here for the view and order just whatever we are in the mood for.
Fat Kahuna
8 Minutemen Causeway, Cocoa Beach, FL 32931
Dinner
Another date night special occasion spot. This awesome restaurant sits in a little cozy corner of the downtown cocoa beach with very limited seating.
What to order:
Macadamia Nut Encrusted Mahi Mahi
Notes: Seating is limited
Slow & Low BBQ
306 N Orlando Ave, Cocoa Beach, FL 32931
Lunch And Dinner
Great spot for a family meal, not my favorite barbecue in the area, but the overall menu is very tasty.
What To Order: Joell’s Pulled Pork Sandwich
This is the massive 5lb version that competitive eater Randy Santel conquered.
Gregory’s Steak House and Comedy Club
900 N Atlantic Ave, Cocoa Beach, FL 32931
Dinner (and a show)
We enjoy coming here for the comedy shows and will usually make dinner reservations to enjoy a meal before the show
What to order: Steak lol
Notes: The comedy shows are really fun to go to.
Sandbar Cocoa Beach
4301 Ocean Beach Blvd, Cocoa Beach, FL 32931
Lunch, Dinner, and Late Night
This is a Cocoa Beach staple, right where 520 meets the beach. Great drinks and awesome food I actually used to work as a bouncer here back in the early 2000s.
What to order: The Fish Tacos, and they have some of the consistently best wings in the area.
Notes: At night they close at 2 AM but might stop serving food earlier than that.
Cocoa Beach Fish Camp Grill
5602 N Atlantic Ave, Cocoa Beach, FL 32931
Lunch and Dinner
Awesome southern flare restaurant, one of the coolest interiors and designs I’ve seen in Brevard. They even have live gators on display, one of the bars is even a giant shrimping boat!
What to order: The daily special, my favorite was their gumbo.
Notes: Great place to take the family
Coasters Tap House
5675 N Atlantic Ave #122, Cocoa Beach, FL 32931
Lunch And Dinner
Right next door to Flavors of India, this gastropub-style restaurant has tons of great options. They make some of the best burgers in Brevard County. I have had the chance to do a food and beer pairing here and it was amazing with some very unique dishes.
What to order: Any of their burgers, and seasonal specials.
4th Street Filling Station
382 N Orlando Ave, Cocoa Beach, FL 32931
Breakfast, Lunch And Dinner
One of the coolest restaurants I’ve seen in the US. 4th still filling station was an old gas station turned into a bar/restaurant/ice cream shop. Local artists have helped construct a lot of the furniture and they have an awesome menu.
What to order: They have some of the best tacos around and pair it with one of their many beers on tap.
Notes: They have some great Vegetarian, Gluten-Free, and Vegan Options.
